Keep your computer running fast and smooth!
Here are a few great free programs I have come across and recommend to keep your computer running fast and smooth. You can download each of these programs from www.filehippo.com which is another great site!
1. CCleaner - I love the registry scanner and cleaner. This will make a big difference in the stability and speed.
2. Ad-Aware - Does a great job of detecting and removing all types of spy-ware.
3. Spybot Search & Destroy - This seems to catch anything that Ad-Aware might miss.
Once you have downloaded and installed these programs, be sure to run updates before using. For best results, I recommend running these programs once or twice a week.

EBAY Shipping Solutions
Save money on your eBay sales!
Lately I've been working in the produce department at Safeway in Hermiston, OR. While putting apples out, I noticed every box of apples we receive comes with a thick padding, a sheet or two or three of plastic, and a few sheets of cardboard to hold the apples in place. So I got to thinking, all of these things would make for GREAT wrapping and padding when shipping your precious eBay items! Just go to your local grocery store, ask someone in the produce department for some apple boxes, and you have yourself some perfect wrapping and shipping material. No need to go buy bubble rap and Styrofoam peanuts. It's recycling in a way too!!!

Irrigon Oregon Skate Park
Located off of High Way 730 in Oregon sits the small town of Irrigon where I am currently living. Estimated population of 1,829. Irrigon has a newly built 8,00 sq. feet skate park (summer of 2007) built by Grindline.This is a great park considering the size of the town. Only real downside is that there is only a small street section. I'd say about 85% bowls and 15% street. This park is mostly used by bikers.
It's located right off High way 730 allowing for easy access and you have no problem finding it. There is also a Shell station/Market right down the street which is also very nice. Lights allow you to skate/bike when it's dark, and the park doesn't close till midnight. The nearest skate shop is in Hermiston (about 20 miles away). At first there was a bit of a problem with the bowls filling up with sand and dirt, but now that grass has been layed all around the park, it doesn't seem to be an issue any longer.Maybe Irrigon should work on their library next!

Yamaha Riva 125 Scooter
So I recently purchased a 1994 Yamaha Riva 125. This is my first scooter I have ever owned. I bought it used from a guy at work for $750. Since it only has around 6,000 miles on it, it's in GREAT condition. At first I was thinking about buying it, cleaning it up, and then selling it for what it's really worth - $1,025 KBB Value. After riding it a little, I really started enjoying it!It gets GREAT gas mileage, and with gas prices these days, that's important! I get about 80MPG, and it usually costs me under $4 to fill it up. I'm also saving on my insurance costs. After shopping around seeing who could offer me the best insurance for the best price, I ended up going with Dairyland Auto insurance. With my driving record, which is not great by ANY means, and my age, they were able to give me the best price. It cost me $79 for the whole year!
I'm currently living in a small town called Irrigon and I work in Hermiston, about 20 miles away. I was a bit nervous at first about the commute, considering I have to get on the highway and the speed limit is 55MPH and everyone does about 60mph. I would hate to be that guy that everyone gets stuck behind because he can only do about 45mph. I'm sure you've probably been behind one of them before! So I got it out on the highway, and to my surprise, I had no problem getting it to do 60mph! The fastest I've gotten it was 72mph, with a bit of a wind pushing me. :-) It cruises at 65mph steadily with no problems!
If you've been thinking about getting a scooter, I would recommend it! They are tons of fun to ride, and can save you a lot of money! If you live in a large city, and always have trouble finding places to park, get a scooter!
Finally! A real way to make money online!

It took me about 30 minutes to make my $10, and then it will want you to verify and will ask you if you want to receive your PIN via text message or a phone call. One other thing is that you probably won't get your first check until 20 days after the current month ends. It will come though!
